Her vast experience is clear in the first appointment and she was able to offer us reassurance, helpful tips and also confirm a tongue tie for us. She was also able to answer some follow-up questions we had after sorting the tongue tie and we’ve left the experience feeling a lot better. I highly recommend WilOak to support any family with feeding and lactation concerns.  Anna is welcoming, friendly and extremely supportive. Anna takes time to listen and provides easy to understand options to improve your feeding experience. After 5 weeks of struggling with pain and latching Anna was able to instantly identify not only a posterior tongue tie but other areas to address. Within one consultation my feeding journey was transformed. Anna was extremely gentle with my little boy, who was instantly giving her smiles. Anna was so helpful with our son's tongue tie. She explained all our options really clearly, and answered all our questions. The procedure was handled really quickly with very little stress to our baby and he's already feeding much better and seems much happier. Anna is simply wonderful. She is kind, knowledgable, skilled and instantly put my mind at ease after identifying that my daughter had a tongue tie. Anna visited our house and discussed the various options that were available to us as parents. Anna performed a frenotomy and my daughter barely noticed a thing!
